Response times:
An aircraft-on-ground (AOG) hotline/help desk provides a 24-hour turn time for AOGs.
Turn-around time for repairs is 15-days.
Turn-around time for upgrades is 30-days.
Before returning to service, all units undergo the same ESS and acceptance testing as new units and are re-certified for airworthiness.
